Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, incorrect product selection, or change of preference.

 

Many of our products are made-to-order or fulfilled through third-party production and fulfillment partners. Because of this, orders cannot typically be canceled, modified, returned, or exchanged once they have been placed.

 

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase, including:

  • Product selection
  • Sizing
  • Color selection
  • Shipping address
  • Shipping method

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted immediately after purchase.

Because many items enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that order changes or cancellations can be accommodated once processing or fulfillment has begun.

If an order has already entered production, fulfillment, or shipment preparation, it cannot be canceled or modified.

 

Production & Fulfillment Times

Many of our products are manufactured, printed, or fulfilled through third-party production partners.

Production and shipping timelines may vary based on:

  • Product availability
  • Order volume
  • Holidays
  • Carrier delays
  • Manufacturing schedules

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

To help us review the issue, please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging, if relevant

If the issue is verified, we may provide a replacement item or another appropriate remedy at our discretion.

 

Shipping & Delivery Issues

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery handling and transit timing are outside our direct control.

If tracking information shows a package as delivered, customers should:

  • Verify the shipping address provided at checkout
  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • Check with the local post office or delivery office

We are not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost after confirmed delivery
  • Stolen after delivery
  • Delayed by the carrier
  • Misdelivered by the carrier

However, in certain situations and at our discretion, we may assist customers with carrier claims or other reasonable support efforts.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

 

High-Value Shipments

Certain products, including collectible or high-value items, may require direct signature confirmation upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive and sign for the package at the delivery address provided during checkout.

Failure to accept delivery or repeated failed delivery attempts may result in additional shipping or carrier fees.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange except where required by applicable law:

  • Apparel and merchandise
  • Made-to-order products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Perishable goods (including coffee)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items

 

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders suspected of:

  • Fraud
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Resale abuse
  • Violations of our store policies

Additional verification may be required for certain high-value purchases.

 

Consumer Rights Notice

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit, waive, or exclude any rights or remedies that may apply under applicable federal, state, or local consumer protection laws, including rights relating to defective, damaged, or misdescribed goods where such rights cannot legally be disclaimed.

International & European Union Customers

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rights, customers may have additional rights under applicable law, including statutory withdrawal or return rights that cannot be waived.

Where legally required, we will comply with all applicable consumer protection regulations.

 

Limitation of Liability

Except as required by applicable law, our sole obligation for verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items will be replacement of the item or another remedy determined appropriate in our discretion.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or delays caused by third-party carriers or fulfillment providers.
