Order Processing

Orders are processed within the stated processing timeframe listed on the product page. Processing times may vary depending on product demand, production timelines, and fulfillment requirements.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

 

Shipping Carriers

Orders may ship through USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other available carriers depending on the product and destination.

 

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking updates provided by the carrier.

 

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided, delivery issues must be addressed with the carrier.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, delivery exceptions, lost packages, stolen packages, or incorrect delivery after the carrier marks the package as delivered.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

 

Signature Required Deliveries

Certain high-value items, including collectible or limited-edition products, may require Direct Signature Confirmation upon delivery.

An adult must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package. Packages cannot be released without a signature when this service is required.

 

Shipping Delays

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, high shipping volume, or operational disruptions are outside of our control.

 

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.

 

Final Sale Items

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within the required timeframe and provide photographs of the issue so the matter can be reviewed.
